The receptionist was unclear on the check-in process, causing confusion with charges. Additionally, the overall hotel maintenance appeared lacking, compromising the comfort and appeal of our stay.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! The beds were super comfy, and the breakfast was tasty. We visited the nearby Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds and enjoyed the local park. Make sure to check out the grocery store nearby for snacks!

However, the floors in our room didn't seem vacuumed upon arrival which was a bit disappointing. We ended up giving the place a light clean ourselves.

It was just a decent option for strolling in Helena with very good value for money. The rooms were large but sadly needed a good refresh. Make sure to ask about coffee availability during breakfast.

Plus, I had to ask for additional pillows. two just didn't cut it for me. The air conditioning took an excruciatingly long two hours to cool the room down, adding to my frustration.
